Our Story
Karomanage was Introduced in 20220 with a clear goal — to simplify and automate coaching institute management through a smart ERP system.While working closely with coaching institutes, we identified common challenges such as manual fee tracking, scattered student records, and unorganized class schedules. These real-world problems became the foundation of our product.
Over time, based on continuous feedback from coaching owners, we improved and expanded the platform by adding practical features for admissions, fee management, communication, and performance tracking.
In 2026, we introduced a basic school management module to extend our solution beyond coaching institutes. This is the first step toward building a complete education management system, and we are actively working on adding more school-specific features based on real user needs.
We continue to improve both coaching and school modules regularly, ensuring the system evolves with the requirements of institutes.
